Tomás Delgado has been General Manager of Transportadora de Gas del Perú since 2019, having previously served as Administration and Finance Manager since 2005. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Simón Bolívar University in Venezuela and holds an MBA with Honors from IESA. He also completed the Senior Management Program at the University of Piura/IESE. He is a Finance Professor at the University of the Pacific and has held key roles at CrediCard and Banco Mercantil. At SIVENSA, he led projects with Amoco and later the acquisition of SIDOR, where he managed financial strategies and restructured debts of approximately US$1.5 billion.
