Senior Supply Chain Manager
He has more than 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector and 17 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and Capex and Opex procurement management. He previously served as Procurement and Supply Chain Manager at Corporación Primax, where he implemented cost-efficiency projects. He also participated in regional acquisitions, including the purchase of the Mobil service station network from Terpel Colombia and the acquisition of Pecsa, where he expanded supply sources and consolidated contracts, achieving margins of more than US$ 22 million. José Fernando holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lima and has completed studies in Strategic Procurement and Supplier Management at the University of the Pacific.
