Senior Human Resources Manager
She has more than 15 years of experience leading Human Resources functions and has built a strong local and international career in companies such as Grupo Gloria, Corporación Primax, and Cencosud, among others. She has also served as a lecturer at UPC and the University of Piura. Carla holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Piura and an MBA from PAD. In addition, she has a specialization in Human Resources from the University of León, Spain.
