He has more than 25 years of experience in the hydrocarbons transportation industry. Previously, he served as General Manager of Compañía Operadora de Gas and as Executive President of OCP Ecuador. An Argentine national and Industrial Engineer from the National University of Comahue, he holds an MBA from the International Business School of Latin America.
